Federal MP Peter Khalil will meet with Glenroy College families tomorrow morning to talk about keeping safe from Covid – and you’re all invited.

Mr Khalil, the local Federal Member for Wills, will speak to College families about ‘COVID: Moving Forward’ in a special live video meeting on Wednesday morning (15 September), from 10am to 10.30am, via Microsoft Teams.

Ask a Covid question, get an answer

Mr Khalil will talk about the Covid-19 virus, the impact it is having in our local community and what we can do to help protect ourselves and our families from the Delta strain.

Glenroy College families are invited to send in any questions they might have about Covid or vaccinations before tomorrow’s meeting and we will submit them to Mr Khalil for you. You can send your questions via email to Assistant Principal Lidia Tizian.

How to join the meeting

Families can access the online meeting on Wednesday at 10am via a special link below. You don’t need to have a Teams account to join via computer. The link will open in your web browser and you will be admitted to the meeting once it starts. To join the meeting via your phone, you must install the Microsoft Teams app first.

The start of second period has been pushed back until 10.30am so that Glenroy College staff and students can also listen in and hear what Mr Khalil has to say. We hope to see you there.
